DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR A FOREIGN COMPANY FOR REGISTRATION OF A BRANCH IN TURKEY / BALIKESİR TO THE CHAMBER
The Registration Declaration (*) received by Chamber will be filled up and signed by the authorities. The actively performed business will be written on the 11th Article, your business group will become definite after the approval of the Board of Directors of Chamber.

Petition (*)

Two Copies of the translated principal contract attested by a notary

Copy of the translated certification with the approval of the notary received by the Registration Department that the company belongs to or by the authority, if the Registry Department is missing (2 copies)

3 copies of Decision Paper agreed by the authorized power of company regarding with the opening of a branch (attested by a notary)

3 copies of translated power of attorney attested by a notary

Permission letter received by the ministry (2 copies)

3 copies of filled standard forms received by the ministry and a copy of the establishment approval of a branch published on the Commercial Registration Gazette

Signature statement of the branch representative with the title of “branch” (2 copies)

Copy of the Certificate of Birth or the passport and residence document of the branch representative (2 copies each)

Letter of Undertaking (*) received by Chamber prepared according to the 29th Article of the Commercial Registration Regulation

The Commercial Registration and the Chamber Registration will be made at the same time. So the Registration Fees for two Registrations will be received at the same time. However no annual revenue will be received for the current year.

If the company is dealing with a profession which is comprised within our province, the copy of the Proficiency Certificate of one of the partners or an employee who is working actively as a master and a petition (*) signed by the company representative stating the employee is in the same company

The professions which are comprised in our province are in the attached list.

According to the 30th Article of Law no 3308: “The Professional Chambers are obliged to ask for the proficiency Certificate due to the registration as the owner of the workplace. If you are not able to present the Proficiency Certificate, License for opening a business or the Letter of Undertaking about the Proficiency Certificate (*) have to be filled in and signed.
