The
liabilities of the members of the Balıkesir Chamber of
Commerce are as follows:
I. FEE
The below mentioned fees can be paid to the cashier of
our chamber at one time by latest on 31st June or in two
installments by latest on 31st june and 31st October.
Additional Fee: 5 ‰ of the declared commercial income of
the previous year.
Annual revenue: The determined degree to the capital of
company in 2006 as in the following table,

Maximum additional fee for the year 2006 is 4.400 YTL.
The fee payment periods are in June and in October. The
fees which are not paid in due time are subject to the
default fine according to the Public Claim Law Nr. 6183.
The members who fail to pay the fee in due time cannot
benefit from the services such as ensuring and approval
of documents.
II. CHANGES OF STATUS
According to the Union of the Chambers Law No. 5174 and
Article No. 10, the registered businessmen are obliged
to inform chambers all types of changes that require
registration and announcement according to the
Commercial Law within one month.
That is why, our members should inform us promptly about
the changes in address, principal contract, partners etc.
Especially in case of changes in the addresses we are
not able to reach our members and inform them about our
publications, announcements about the domestic and
international commerce and various activities.
